This week it`s all about Bay Road Brown Ale - an ideal treat for this time of year. 🍂
Our simple English-style brown ale is brewed entirely with UK malts, hops and yeast, and when it came time to name it, the team kept it local. So enjoy a small taste of home with this chocolatey, slightly sweet, balanced ale. 4.2% ABV (BACK by popular demand on draft for now, cans to-go next week)

Saturday, Oct 10th • 2-4PM. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the foundations of sourdough baking. From feeding your starter to baking a fresh loaf! Join us for a fundraising class. A portion of all proceeds go to Cat Canton rescue! Come learn while supporting a great cause! April will guide you through the essentials to get your starter bubbling and bread rising. Bring your enthusiasm and leave with confidence to bake your own delicious sourdough at home.
You’ll learn:
• How to feed and maintain a sourdough starter
• Mixing and fermentation basics
• Stretch & folds
• Shaping and scoring
• Baking tips for a perfect crust
Each guest will receive:
