Leofric`s Folly UK Best Bitter:
There is a legend of the wife of Leofric, an Olde English lord riding naked through the streets to protest her husband’s crushing over-taxation of the people. We share her spirit though we possess not her style nor a horse, but we can pay homage with beer. This English “Best Bitter” Ale is brewed with English malts, English yeast, UK Fuggle and UK Godiva hops. Copper-hued, smooth and balanced, this timeless ale is not to be missed. 4.2% abv (draft only)

Scotland is an iconic land that brings to mind many vivid and unique images. When brewer Andy thinks of Scotland he thinks of bagpipes, fine scotch, head-butting his enemies to avenge the fallen and of course throwing heavy objects. Among those who know, Scotland is also home to a number of local ale styles that tend to be amber or darker in color, hopped sparingly and range from what we would call weak beer of about 3% abv to mighty 7-8+% abv wee-heavies. A Scottish Export is the strongest of the Scottish standard or light ales. Exports exhibit a smooth caramel and toasty malt character, little to no significant hop character and a clean finish. It’s the perfect beer to help brush off the winter cold, after a long day of heaving stones or smiting your enemies. 5.3% abv (draft only)
