Tonight we will be debuting a fantastic new Beer that results from a collaboration with a local home brewer that we are naming Dan’s Dopplebock. Traditional Dopplebock’s are a strong dark lager beer traditionally brewed in the winter and consumed in early spring. This version results from collaboration with Dan Dennette, a local Easton resident and one of the winners of the Night at the Brewseum Home Brew competition. This beer comes in at a hefty 11% Abv and due to its strength we are only offering 5 oz servings and no growlers.
Since we realize that some may want to try the Dopplebock but not commit to a full pour, we will be offering 2oz servings as part of our premium sampler flight.
In addition to tonight’s feature, we will also be pouring our Uniondale Farmhouse Saison, Centennial American Pale Ale, Irish Red IPA, Not Just for Breakfast Coffee Stout and Washington Street Chocolate Porter.
Also, don’t forget we have some great food and snacks specially designed to complement your beer selection.
