The Farmer’s Daughter, Langwater Farm and Shovel Town Brewery have teamed up to present a four course dinner featuring fresh produce from Langwater Farm and Beer selections produced by Shovel Town Brewery.
Chef Rick Gallego will personally present each course and explain the selection and inspiration for each pairing. Representatives from Shovel Town Brewery will be on hand to discuss each beer selection.
This will be an intimate and informative event for all lovers of craft beer and fantastic food!

First Course: Smoked Duck and Beet Terrine with Hop Mustard
Pairing: Farmer’s Pumpkin Patch Ale – 5.1% ABV
Second Course: Braut Flavored Pork Loin, Spätzle, Kale Sauerkraut
Pairing: Oktoberfest – 6.1% ABV
Third Course: Beef and Sunchoke Stew, Rutabaga, Squash
Pairing: Twine Cutter Pale Ale – 6.2% ABV
Fourth Course: Squash Bread Pudding, Hazelnut Praline
Pairing: Reserve Series Imperial Stout – 10% ABV
