Morning brewing brings such a chill vibe to the brewhouse. Today we are brewing a Chocolate Stout using all fresh local ingredients. We are using Hilliards Chocolate in the end of our boil.
Our second batch brewed today will be a Langwater Pale using fresh hops that we grew down the street at the farm. This brew will be a bit hazy and full of aroma from the whole leaf cascade and chinnok hops.
