Growing up in the New Haven, CT area, our neighbors started a company that made coleslaw, potato salad, and signature stuffed clams. We hope you enjoy their recipe as much as we do.
All natural, white chicken breasts slowly cooked in a sweet and tangy barbeque sauce. Served 3 to a plate on soft rolls with a side of coleslaw.
Made from scratch by a local MA Company, with roasted red peppers, yellow beets, roasted fresh pineapple, kale, red and white quinoa, wild rice, beans, hummus, rolled oats, caramelized onion, roasted garlic and fresh ginger. We serve them on a Brioche Bun with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions and a pickle.
